What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, together with the message you write. When you become a customer we hold the account and transaction records needed to supply you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to supply goods or services you have asked for, and to keep the records we are required by law to keep. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become accounts are deleted once they are clearly finished with. Records tied to regulated supply are kept for the period the relevant regulations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@farmakia.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
